Overview of Project

Employee Ownership has become a hot topic in recent years, with more visibility being afforded to the topic as businesses have integrated ownership options into benefits packages, or even transitioned to - or started with - a full employee-owned model, splitting profits amongst team members.

Certified Employee Owned (CEO) is spearheading the employee-owned movement, creating official designations and certifications for companies that have differing levels of share distribution and allowing them to spread the word.

Our goal for the project was to create a clean, professional platform that is easily adjusted by internal staff. Alongside the simplicity, we were also tasked to clean up their external-facing Wealth Calculators, and integrate a ~6,000 member directory in such a way that the internal database matched up 1:1 with the website listings in an SEO-friendly manner.

"Paper Crane was fantastic to work with! Professional and extremely responsive to our needs!"

With a flexible website to lean on, the new platform has helped with providing an avenue for search traffic, a funnel for paid media spend, and a simplified CMS for team members to update for years into the future.
