From spreadsheets to a system of their own

SocialNext was running nation-spanning events out of spreadsheets, forms and disconnected platforms, re-keying the same data between ticketing, email and community tools. They didn't need another tool. They needed a system of their own.

We migrated hundreds of thousands of records out of Airtable with their history intact, then built an event operating system they own outright - speakers, sponsors, schedules and integrations, all talking to each other. The schedule that used to eat a week now takes an afternoon.

AI as a scalpel, not a battering ram

MODERNSPEAK, a creator-management agency, was drowning in invoicing, commissions, taxes and keeping their database, staff, creators and Xero books in perfect alignment. We rebuilt how the business runs: a bespoke operating system with batch invoicing, a passwordless creator portal, and two-way Xero sync keeping books, tax and commission in lockstep.

Then we added 18 AI desk tools, each grounded in the agency's own data. That's the difference - AI pointed precisely at real work, not bolted on for show. Years in, they still call us part of the team.
