Some of your team are way ahead with AI. Others haven't started. We raise the floor for everyone.

We train your team on AI tools, built around the work they already do. The people who are ahead go further. The people who are behind catch up, so everyone speaks the same language and can work together.

It starts with a diagnostic

For leadership.

A short questionnaire on where you want the team to go, how many people are involved, what you want out of the training, and your longer-term goals. Then we walk you through what to expect: what AI will cost your organization, and how it will change the way you work.

For the team.

Everyone fills in a questionnaire about how they use AI today and how they do their jobs. That tells us where each person stands and which parts of their work to build the training around.

Everyone in the right room

We sort people into one to three groups based on where they are, so nobody sits through basics they already know and nobody gets lost.

Further ahead
Advanced training on the newest tools and ways of working. The gains here are quality and speed, and often lower costs from smarter ways of working.
Just getting started
We get them well past where they began, using the same tools as their colleagues and working together properly.

After: 0 hasn't started, 4 uses it like a search box, 13 uses it for real work, 6 builds with it. A typical team of 23, before and after. Everyone moves up; the people who started lowest move furthest.

For people already good at AI, training makes them faster and sharper. For people who haven't started, it can change how their whole day goes. That's where training pays off most.

Tools built around your work

The questionnaires tell us how your team does its jobs. In the workshops, we build a few tools around those jobs together, in front of your team, so they see how it's done. Afterwards the tools are theirs to use, change and share. The real goal is that your people can build the next one themselves.

After the workshops

Follow-ups are a big part of this. We measure again so you can see what changed. Then we check in down the line to refresh your team, bring them up to date on new tools, and make sure the time and money are still paying off.

The tools we train on

We train on the tools your team uses, including ChatGPT and Claude. We're a member of the Claude Partner Network.
