We know Zapier, Make and n8n well. Running automations on your own server is often quicker and cheaper than paying a middleman tool for every step. When a tool you rent is worth keeping, we connect to it.

Questions about AI consulting
How much does AI consulting cost?
Most of our AI work is a fixed price per phase, agreed before we start. The price depends on how many people we train, how many tools we connect and whether we build or advise. Smaller questions can be booked by the hour.
Do we need a custom system, or can we use the tools we already pay for?
Often the tools you already pay for are enough once your team knows how to use them. We build a custom system when your work doesn't fit those tools, or when renting them costs more than owning one. We'll tell you which applies after the questionnaire.
How long before we see time saved?
Training starts paying off once your team uses the tools from the workshops. For a custom system, the written plan sets out when each piece goes live.
Do you work with organizations outside Calgary?
Yes. We have offices in Calgary and Vancouver, and we work with organizations across North America. Most of the work happens online.
Will AI replace people on our team?
No. We build AI to take repetitive admin off people's plates, and a person still approves anything that matters. At our own studio, it lets one project manager run up to ten projects.
