Case study

A website the whole team can talk to

ERP-One had started designing with AI but had nowhere to put it. We rebuilt their Webflow site in Next.js and Sanity, so a non-technical marketing team can update it by chatting with Claude, at a fraction of a traditional migration.

They were already building with AI

ERP-One came to us with a new marketing team, a plan to reposition, and a home page they wanted to rethink. Like a lot of teams right now, they had started building with Claude, spinning up landing pages and design ideas in a local environment.

The problem was the last mile. Their site lived in Webflow, and there was no clean way to take what they were making with AI and turn it into the real thing. We are advocates for this shift, so instead of pushing back we offered a better path: rebuild the site so the AI work finally has somewhere to go.

Field note

A website you can talk to

We rebuilt ERP-One in Next.js and Sanity, then wired it into the tools their team already uses. Now a marketing manager can open Claude and say, change this line on the home page, and it happens, saved as a draft for review.

No page builder. No developer. No waiting. Just a conversation.

What we actually built

This was a full migration, with our own IP doing the heavy lifting, so nothing got left behind:

  • A Next.js and Sanity rebuild of the entire marketing site
  • 27 reusable components, each with its own variants and section tones
  • The full content library moved over, around 170 posts, plus their SEO structure and analytics
  • A subtle 3D node field on the home page, built to respect reduced motion
  • Structured, machine-readable content ready for modern LLM search
  • WCAG AA accessibility and 90+ mobile PageSpeed, out of the box

On rails, not off the leash

The real magic is the component system. Every page is assembled from the same library of blocks, so the AI never writes fresh code or invents a new layout. It reuses what we designed.

That means the team can move fast and still cannot really go wrong. Each page feels distinct, and every page still feels unmistakably like ERP-One.

Update it from anywhere

Editing does not have to happen at a desk. A quick message in Slack can post a notice, schedule a blog post, or fix a typo, without anyone touching a line of HTML.

The kind of change that used to need a ticket now takes a sentence.

A more democratized web

This is the part we care about most. For years, changing a website meant knowing how, or paying someone who did. That is starting to change.

ERP-One's team can now shape their own site in plain language, spin up a new landing page in minutes, and refine it directly in Sanity. We think a lot more teams are about to work this way, and we are building for it.

In closing

Have a site you'd want rebuilt this way?

If your site is stuck in an old builder and your team wants to move faster, we can rebuild it into something you can actually run. Let's talk.
